  • Do your teas contain caffeine?
    • All of our tea-blends are caffeine free which makes them good options for nursing women or people looking to avoid caffeine in their diet. 
  • Where do you source your ingredients?
    • We carefully source all of our ingredients from the finest purveyors. Our ingredients are all-natural, contain no artificial flavors, and when possible 100% organic. 
  • Are your teas vegan?
    • Yes, absolutely! Our teas are prepared in a dairy-free, meat-free, environment. If you have any other specific allergies or questions, please contact us. 
  • Do your teas contain additives?
    • No, we are committed to offering all-natural teas that contain no artificial flavors. 
  • Can I drink your teas while I’m taking traditional western medicine or prescriptions?
    • The products and information offered on the website are not intended to diagnosis treat or cure illness. If you suspect you have a medical problem, are taking western medicine or are pregnant, please consult your heath care adviser. The information given is for reference, we accept no liability for inaccuracies, or misstatements. 
  • How long do your teas stay good for?
    • Please keep your tea in an airtight container, in a cool place out of the sun. If maintained well, the teas should last up to two years. 
  • How do I brew my tea?
    • Each tea has its on specific instructions, please refer to its packaging for more information on the optimal way to prepare your tea. 
  • Can I drink more than one cup of tea per day?
    • Absolutely! Our blends were designed to be gentle on your system so please brew your tea to taste and enjoy as much as you like over the day. 

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Hong Kong – Shipping is FREE on all orders. However, please be aware that the courier may charge HK$20 to deliver to some residential locations.

    Singapore – Standard Shipping is HK$130 per order.  Orders over HK$2,200  in value will receive free shipping.

    United Kingdom – Standard Shipping is HK$20 per order.

  • What is your return policy?
    • Our teas are ineligible for return. However, if you’re dissatisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at and hopefully we can provide a suitable solution. 
  • Can I place a recurring order?
    • Yes, you sure can! Please visit the product page that you would like to have delivered on monthly basis. 
  • I have an issue with my order payment and/delivery details, can you help?
    • Please contact us with any questions regarding your order payment or delivery details. We’ll do our best to swiftly resolve issues. 
  • Can I place a recurring order?
    • Absolutely! You can opt to have our 30-day teatox collections, Blossom Collection & Flourish Collection, delivered on a monthly-basis. On the product page, please select subscribe and the interval at which you would like to receive the delivery. We’ll handle the rest. Your payment method will be charged on a monthly-basis. To manage or cancel your subscription, you can visit your subscriptions under your account profile.
